Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health concerns.

We can work with your GP to formulate a mental health treatment plan to assist in the management and treatment of a range of psychological presenting issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD, OCD and BPD.

Fees: $220 per hour

performance psychology services

Consultation with elite level athletes, coaches and sporting organisations to help improve performance related concerns.

This includes but is not limited to the management of load, anxiety relating to performance, goal setting, interpersonal conflicts. We have experience working in professional sporting settings, where we have worked with both individuals as well as groups to implement change on team dynamics and team culture.

Fees: $165 per hour

Treatment modalities:

CBT: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the gold standard of psychological therapy which aims to identify and challenge an individual’s core beliefs which are causing maladaptive patterns of thoughts and behaviours.
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on reflective practice whereby in collaboration with the therapist, the client identifies their values and uses a mindful approach to accept the thoughts, feelings and behaviours which align with their values.
Mindfulness: Mindfulness is the deliberate act of focussing on internal thoughts, feelings and sensations as well as our surroundings. It involves learning to experience stimuli without judgement.

Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session for those on a GP prescribed mental health care plan.
